Why are affirmations so powerful? Do they work?

Everyone will have a different experience with affirmations, but many people have used them to achieve great things – but of course you have to be consistent with them.

My Approach

I’ve always found that testing things for myself gives me confidence whether they work or not.

Sometimes, we have no choice but to listen to others. As far as possible though, I urge you to try things for yourself and make your own determination if it works for you.

Honest Results

In my own experience the results have always been more powerful than I expected, but only when I was consistent.

It’s easy to slack off and make excuses. “I don’t have the time” is the easiest of all excuses. But in the end you’re only fooling yourself.
